One full dropper equals one milliliter and contains 83mg of CBD. We suggest you begin with a dose of ½ to 1 dropper a day. Gently shake the bottle before use. The cannabinoids will be absorbed faster into your system if you hold the tincture under your tongue for 15-20 seconds before swallowing. CBD and other Hemp Cannabinoids seem to be most effective when a steady dose is maintained over time. We suggest you start by using one dose, once a day. Even if you don’t feel immediate results, continue to take the tincture daily for at least one week. If, after a week of regular doses, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the frequency or amount of your dose. If you were taking one ml once a day, try 1ml twice a day, or 2ml once a day. You can continue to increase the frequency or amount of your dose until you reach the desired effects.
