One full dropper equals one milliliter and contains 10 mg of CBN. We suggest you begin with a dose of 1/2 dropper a day. Take the tincture before sleep. Gently shake the bottle before use. The CBN will be absorbed faster into your system if you hold the tincture under your tongue for 15-20 seconds before swallowing. CBN seems to be most effective when a steady dose is maintained over time. Even if you don’t feel immediate results, continue to take the tincture daily for at least one week. If, after a week of regular doses, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the amount of your dose. You can continue to increase the amount of your dose until you reach the desired effects.
