We suggest you begin with a dose of 1-2 soft gels once or twice a day. CBD and other Hemp Cannabinoids seem to be most effective when a steady dose is maintained over time. Even if you don’t feel immediate results, continue to take the soft gels consistently at your starting dose and frequency for at least one week. If, after a week of regular doses, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the frequency or amount of your dose. You can continue to increase the frequency and/or amount of your dose until you reach the desired effects.
