Each softgel contains 25mg of CBD.
We suggest you begin with a dose of 1-2 softgels once or twice a day. CBD and other Hemp Cannabinoids seem to be most effective when a steady dose is maintained over time. Even if you don’t feel immediate results, continue to take the softgels consistently at your starting dose and frequency for at least one week. If, after a week of regular doses, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the frequency or amount of your dose. You can continue to increase the frequency and/or amount of your dose until you reach the desired effects. We recommend that any time you increase the dose or frequency, you maintain the new dose for at least a week to become familiar with the effects of the new dose.
