All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are requesting a refund, a refund will be processed after receipt of the returned product by our returns department. To process your return please ship product and all original packaging along with a copy of your order record or a letter that includes the address the product was originally shipped to, order number and a statement you are requesting a refund or exchange to:
